Proper Signposting
Feb 15 2020We watching a pretty good video on adventure game design by the Game Maker’s Toolkit channel that emphasized the need for signposting in point and click games, so this commit aims to make sure the player can’t get too stuck at any point, by making the front door behave like every other door in the game (with an icon when you mouse over it) and by having it detail what you need. Aside from this, I think we had most of the advice already covered; I have played a decent amount of adventure games.
